Ron I have an old Winchester 1906 pump action 22 in not so good condition but has great sentimental value to the family.I am toying with the idea of having it restored and pass on to my son. How is the availability of parts for this model or would it be a case of getting parts custom made or sourced from overseas. I have had a number of guns custom made when I was much younger so I am aware of the costs it could occur-is it a possibility or just enjoy it as it is. Great web site . Cheers Bob

Ron. I have a Rossi mod 62(?) pump .22 that the hammer does not hold back every time when cycling the action. By the parts diagram I found, the wear must be in the hammer and trigger but I have had no luck sourcing parts anywhere in the country. Would you have these parts or know of someone who might?

Ron, Good to hear a rational and balanced voice on behalf of the shooting public – thank you! My question involves the availibility of a firing pin for a Savage Model 74 Single Shot Lever Action .22 Rifle. I purchased a Model 74 in excellent condition to train my grandsons in the joys and responsibility of safe shooting, but unfortunately the firing pin has broken (something it appears is quite common). If you could help me locate one I would be most grateful. Thank you! Kevin
