Thoughts for The Week.
Quotes.
“What you do in your lifetime will echo down through eternity”,
Marcus Aurelius.
“Man cannot survive except through his mind. He comes on earth unarmed. His brain is his only weapon. Animals obtain food by force. man had no claws, no fangs, no horns, no great strength of muscle. He must plant his food or hunt it. To plant, he needs a process of thought. To hunt, he needs weapons, and to make weapons – a process of thought. From this simplest necessity to the highest religious abstraction, from the wheel to the skyscraper, everything we are and we have comes from a single attribute of man -the function of his reasoning mind.”
– Ayn Rand, The Fountainhead
“To understand political power aright, and derive it from its original, we must consider what natural estate all men are in, and in this, a state of perfect freedom to order their actions, and dispose of their possessions and persons as they think fit, within the bounds of the law of Nature, without asking leave or depending upon the will of any other man.”
John Locke, The Second Treatise of Government.
Apology.
I am very sorry that these Bulletins have become so slow, but I have been very busy designing and developing the ‘Genesis One’ rifle. Production has now commenced, however we are expanding the calibre range and designing thumbhole walnut stocks, Light weights, .22 Target rifles, Shotguns, Sniper rifles, all on the ‘Genesis One’ platform, using the same major components.
Don’t Vote For The Enemies Of Freedom.
Hopefully, I will have more time, as time has moved on in the political scene of Australia and at the top of each State and Federal governments we have no friends. Australia’s large political (bowel) movements Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dummer detest the individualist who wishes to own and use firearms. Individual rights are an anathema, and the individuals who own them are an abomination to the main political parties, we are a large group that they cannot control, who are not indoctrinated with Red and Blue football teams, or Red and Blue political parties and due to the science of firearms are educated to a far better standard than the general population, the sheep that vote for our tyrants.
The Powers That Be Are Plotting Against Us ALL.
Time will have to be given up, to prevent the next round of contrived controls that the enemy have planned to impose on us all. Following, there historic play book, the first move is always in Western Australia, for some reason the people there are more complacent and find it hard to protest, (maybe it’s the tyranny of distance as its hard to bring people and idea’s together over thousands of miles) so soon plan to Ban lots of rifles that use specific cartridges, that they deem to be so dangerous, even more dangerous than automobiles or alcohol, or prescription drugs. Of course the good people that have jumped over all the hoops, done courses, bought government licences, bought permits to acquire to register these lawful firearms will have to give them up. They really lost them as soon as they were licenced and registered as both procedures are only the precursors to remove ownership. Once your rightful property is registered, you only hold that property while the paperwork exists, fail to renew your licence, fail to comply for a myriad of restrictions of where you keep it or use it and you lose it. Now, you lose it just on a whim of government and media hype, just on the idea that the politicians might win a few extra votes you lose your firearms your property and your right to use that property.
The Western Australia government are now making noises, preparing their pathway stating that they intend to limit the amount of firearms to five per individual. So many valuable collections will have to be handed into go under the government presses.
Compensation For Losing Your Rights And the Rights of your Children and Their Children, is Impossible.
Will they compensate? Yes, stupid Shooters bragged how much money they made from the 1996 and 2003 Buy Backs, selling there firearms to the government, not thinking that they received no compensation for the loss of their Rights, the loss of their future to use those firearms. If the Western Australia government does agree to give some compensation this time as they have them all registered (or so they believe) they will not have to be generous, they do not have to give an incentive to bring them in they can just drive around and collect them or force the law abiding shooter to bring them in and hand them over. Why some people say we live in a free country, is beyond my comprehension.
At the same time in Queensland and NSW the State governments are moaning, and bleating for Uniform Gun Laws, or National Gun Laws within all states. This is very reminiscent as the 1996 debacle as they imposed the Western Australian registration system on all of the other Australian states. They enabled them to get $500 million from the Federal Government to pay their expenses to impose it on us all. At the same time the Federal Government took all the information from the State Police Weapons Branches and put us and all the information about which firearms we have on the Crimtrac Computer so that all the police forces in Australia and International police forces could access all our information. Where we live, and what we have, and why we want them. Great for when the Chinese come knocking on our doors.
If anyone says our Constitution was superseded by the act of any government, we have to ask:
“Do you accept a government can gather unto itself the power to do whatever it likes?”
If anyone answer is ‘Yes’, they are accepting we are living under despotism and tyranny.
Constitutional Problems.
Of course if the Governments of Australia really did want National Gun laws, they have large problems with our Commonwealth Constitution as there are no powers within it, to give the Commonwealth Government any control of firearms. Even using tax payers money to create their inefficient, out of date, full of mis information registry of law abiding firearm owners and the firearms that they own is contrary to the Constitution as they have no power to be involved in it never mind taking tax payers money to pay for it. However, who do we have that would challenge the government in the Federal and High Courts? When we have the un constitutional situation of the Prime Minister appointing the High Court Judges and in recent years, since 1933 the Prime Minister selecting and making the choice of his superior the Governor/ General. This is supposed to be a part of the ‘separation of powers doctrine’, and the Governor/General should be chosen and appointed by the Reigning Monarch of the day.
These might seem inconsequential at the time, but are crucial when we are sliding further and further down the slippery slope of tyranny.
We have lately seen a huge world wide media epic, the Coronation of Charles III, and we have not seen a Coronation of our Monarch since June 1953, just short of 70 years ago. Australia, at that time was the best country to be living in, it had the most freedom and the best standard of living in the world.
I am a Brass Band fan and watched a late section of the Guards marching back to Waterloo Station through Westminister. I was not at all interested in the commentary, the women’s fashions, who was or was not invited, the carriage, the brass and gold paint.
To me, the only real importance was the whole point of it, which was never mentioned or acknowledged, more than likely not even understood by the bowing and scraping politicians, nor even by our new Monarch himself.
However, the event itself has profound importance, that we were invited to witness, (even though I could not stand the boring commentary during the ceremony) the taking of the Coronation Oath, is the part of the whole affair which is “the grain of sand in the pearl”.
I had researched previously, and was satisfied that the enemies of the people had not changed the crucial wording. These words are extremely relevant to firearm owners and anyone else concerned with retaining our sovereign rights and privileges that we are born into. The Rights and Privileges that our fathers and grandfathers fought and gave their lives and fortunes for.
The King:
“I Charles do solemnly and sincerely in the presence of God profess, testify,
and declare that I am a faithful Protestant, and that I will, according to the
true intent of the enactments which secure the Protestant succession to
the Throne, uphold and maintain the said enactments to the best of my
powers according to law.”
Are you willing to take the Oath?
The King replies
“I am willing.”
The King places his hand on the Bible, and the Archbishop administers the Oath.
“Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, your other Realms and the Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs?”
The King replies
“I solemnly promise so to do.”
The Archbishop says
“Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements?”
The King replies
“I will.”
The King kneels at the Chair of Estate. The Archbishop says
“Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel? Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England?
And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?
The King replies
“All this I promise to do.”
The King places his hand on the Bible and says
“The things which I have here before promised, I will perform and keep. So help me God.”
The King kisses the Bible. The Archbishop says
“Your Majesty, are you willing to make, subscribe, and declare to the statutory Accession Declaration Oath?”
The King replies
“I am willing.”
“I Charles do solemnly and sincerely in the presence of God profess, testify, and declare that I am a faithful Protestant, and that I will, according to the true intent of the enactments which secure the Protestant succession to the Throne, uphold and maintain the said enactments to the best of my powers according to law.”

His Mother Elizabeth II taking the Coronation Oath.
The laws and customs in question are not the endless pages of statute legislation drafted and enacted by here today and gone tomorrow politicians in parliament… but ‘The Law’.
The law that is old beyond the reach of memory, which is to say the immutable law of the land, which is the Common Law that by centuries, if not by millennia, predates any legislation drafted and enacted by any parliament. Common Law is not just the basis for Judge made Precedent Law it is the ‘Law of our Land’ the law that makes each person in the land is their own Sovereign, Some people call it Natural Law, some call it as the Royal motto “DIEU ET MON DROIT – GOD AND MY RIGHT” Gods Law. Every Judge in the land that gets it authority from the Crown sits under the Royal Coat of Arms which has this engraved at the bottom. The important part of that motto is that the Monarchs have this God given hereditary right to reign and we have the same God given hereditary access to all our Rights and Privileges.

Queen Victoria taking the Coronation Oath, but she took it seriously and acted on it throughout her reign.
The ‘law of the land’ is ours, it is what ensures that we are free people. This law is the Constitutional documents, not just our State and Federal Constitutions that follows them. Britain and Australia are ruled by a Constitutional Monarchy. These documents referred to in the Coronation Oath as ‘The Law’ are the Magna Carta, the Declaration of Rights, The Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement, and Habeas Corpus Act, “An Act for the better securing the Liberty of the Subject and for Prevention of Imprisonments beyond the Seas.”
The Coronation Oath is deadly serious, Charles III ancestor Charles I had to stand trial and had his head removed on the charge of breaking his Coronation Oath. The same charge was made against Edward II (deposed and murdered), Richard II (ditto), and James II (deposed and exiled) so it should be taken very seriously by King Charles III.
For eleven hundred years or more, British Monarch’ have submitted to a similar Oath and its basis is founded in the Bible, within the Coronation of the Israelite Kings it is a contract with God to protect the rights and privileges of his people.
In our system of government a Constitutional Monarchy, the monarch is our most senior public servant. Each of us is a sovereign individual. Our Monarch is also sovereign, the first sovereign among equals. And he is our servant. The intention of the common law is that we govern ourselves with minimal interference from the state knowing as we do right from wrong.
The Bill of Rights 1689 (sometimes known as the Bill of Rights 1688) is an Act of the Parliament of England that set out certain basic civil rights and clarified who would be next to inherit the Crown. It remains an all-important statute in English constitutional law. It is the most important of the documents referred to in the Coronation Oath as it also supports the retention of the Protestant Church and the line of his succession.
This document was the inspiration of other documents that followed a century later in the American Declaration of Independence, whose authors were clearly familiar with the 1689 Bill of Rights and determined to include these similar provisions in there Bill of Rights and pinned them to the U.S. Constitution.
All of these documents were largely based on the ideas of political theorist of John Locke, which founded the British Bill of Rights sets out constitutional requirements for the Crown to seek the consent of the people as represented in Parliament. As well as setting limits on the powers of the Monarch, and Parliament, it established the rights of Parliament, including regular parliaments, free elections, and freedom of speech. It also listed individual rights, Arms suitable for your Defence, ownership of property, including the prohibition of cruel and unusual punishments.
These constitutional law at the time were considered the Laws that were God Given. John Locke in his Treatise on Modern Government lists them as the Natural Laws, of people living in a community that had to be, without which tyranny or chaos would reign.
For example we would all agree that when a person created and built a home, a castle, a vehicle, or food that no one should have a right to take it from him or her.
That if a person worked for a days pay and was paid, no one else should steal or extort it off him and as with a bird that wins its nut from a tree the nut belong to the bird and another bird should not steal it away from him.
That no person should be enslaved to work for no pay, no matter what the enslaving entity is called a Government, or the Mafia, or the Banking system, the name, or the system of the group makes no difference it has to be stopped. Our present Prime Minister when standing for election promised an extra paid holiday for employees as an election ploy. However, he does not pay for it, he gets elected and makes statute law to force all the small businesses to pay their employees for a day off. Again, an example of legislated theft. Stealing from the poor employers for his own personal benefit, to win votes.
It was included in Australian law by the Imperial Acts Application Act 1984 (Queensland) other Australian States included them in the same named Act during the 1980s.
The Declaration of Rights preceded the Bill of Rights and was a document, that contained two main parts: a list of the wrongs, or grievances, committed by James II, and 13 clauses establishing limits on the Monarch, the Crown or government power and authority.
It starts with these words
“Whereas the late King James the Second, by the assistance of [many government] evil counsellors, judges and ministers employed by him, did endeavour to subvert and extirpate….. the laws and liberties of this kingdom..”
Then it lists the Grievances,
“By prosecuting people for protesting the King’s reign. By committing and prosecuting divers worthy prelates for humbly petitioning to be excused from concurring to the said assumed power.” Right of Freedom of Speech.
“By keeping a standing army in peacetime without the consent of Parliament. By raising and keeping a standing army within this kingdom in time of peace without consent of Parliament, and quartering soldiers contrary to law.”
Recruiting soldiers and putting them into your homes. Right to Own and control your own Property.
“By stripping Protestants of arms and, at the same time, arming Catholics. By causing several good subjects being Protestants to be disarmed at the same time when papists were both armed and employed contrary to law.”
Disarming one section of the population and arming another. Rights of Arms for Defence.
“By not allowing for the free elections of Parliament. By violating the freedom of election of members to serve in Parliament.“Right to a Meaningful Vote.
It is illegal to fine or seize the property of any person who has not been convicted and all previous fines and seizures are void.
Demanding or Seizing money and property without a conviction by a jury.
Right to Trial by your Peers, a Jury. Property Rights.
The Declaration of Right was written into the English Bill of Rights; it became law in December 1689 and is now considered part of the Constitution of the United Kingdom. After the Coronation Oath ceremony, we hope the new King Charles III takes this Oath very seriously and does not follow the path of his ancestors Charles I and James II.
It’s plain to anyone who have the power to read and think, that this Coronation Oath and the Constitutional documents that are referred to are the Law of the land that protects the rights and Privileges of the people, yet they are all at odds with the Parliaments and politicians who were present bowing and scraping to the ceremony.
Millions of people watched and listened as King Charles III promised to govern according to the Law, which is to say our ancient common laws. He thereby promised to defend our sovereignty as individuals and the sovereignty of our nations.
They Will Legislate to Turn Night Into Day.
Yet, these days we have governments that will, draft legislation that will enable it to do whatever it wants. Turn Night into Day, or make Men into Women. Any government will put itself in a position from which it cannot be challenged or removed.
Where today is there a guarantee to the right of property, the right to defend our lives and families, the right of free speech, which with its loss, the right to free elections is also removed.?
In the 21st Century, is there any country in the world that could be considered to be a free country under the definitions of the founding fathers of our commonwealth.
They mollify us by comparing us to other countries that have even more imposing tyrannies and in the same way as the George Orwell prophetic book ‘1984′ use the threat from them to demand unity against a greater tyranny. They use George Orwell book no longer as a prophetic warning, but as a Guide book for Tyranny.
In the nations that are part of that Coronation Oath contract we the sovereign people tell the state what to do, enabling politicians as administrators. We elect that as our most esteemed servants those we trust to preserve our freedom. Implicit in our contract of employing them as servants is the understanding that if they fail … we reserve the right to be done with them and find others better suited. Well that was how it used to be before they overpowered us with this republican game of Right and Left wing duopoly. Making the people to chose between two evils, Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dummer, ignoring any of our Constitutional principles.
So they invade our privacy, record all our communications, tie us down in all encompassing bureaucracy. All of these bureaucratic nightmares are erosion’s of our freedoms.
If anyone does not believe that they are enslaved, try and think of an activity that does not require a licence, or a tax, or a permit, or a certificate. Maybe walk in the park, but don’t walk on the grass. Anything from fishing, hunting, driving, using a a chain saw. Play football, but get registered. Every element of your life is controlled, even what TV channels you use and at what times are recorded. Can you go anywhere where you won’t be seen by security camera’s they are called ‘security camera’ but for whose security. It certainly is not ours.
We should not have to stand in line to receive a little freedom bit by bit like breadcrumbs dropped from on high. On the contrary we are born free, and we should have the guts to stand up and resist any person that seeks to compromise that freedom.
Some ill-informed people will tell you we don’t have a Bill of Rights here in Australia, they say that Parliament is Sovereign, yet at the head of every parliament is the Monarch. Our system the Acts of parliament have to have Royal Assent. The Monarch appoints the Governor and gives them instructions. Will, (as did Queen Victoria), Charles III take his oath seriously and ensure that the Governors refuse to give ascent to Acts that conflict with the Constitutional documents? It is our duty to remind Charles of his duty to his Coronation Oath, he must be reminded that our Constitutional documents cannot be usurped as they enshrines ultimate power where it belongs … with the people. The fact remains, and at this time it is worth remembering we must shout from the rooftops … We are free people.
That much is inalienable and undeniable. If a Coronation is to mean anything at all, then it reaffirms that freedom, and we shall remind them forever that law abiding firearm owners are free to own and use firearms suitable to defend their lives and property. In my definition, that also includes putting meat on the table for their families. end.
“Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps down new roads armed with nothing but their own vision. Their goals differed, but they all had this in common: that the step was first, the road new, the vision unborrowed, and the response they received — hatred. The great creators — the thinkers, the artists, the scientists, the inventors — stood alone against the men of their time. Every great new thought was opposed. Every great new invention was denounced. The first motor was considered foolish. The airplane was considered impossible. The power loom was considered vicious. Anesthesia was considered sinful. But the men of unborrowed vision went ahead. They fought, they suffered and they paid. But they won.”
– Ayn Rand, The Fountainhead
“There is no Spring without Winter, without Mistakes there is no Learning. There is no Life without Death, without Doubts there is no Faith. There is no Peace without War, without Fear there is no Courage. For without Mistakes, Doubts and Fears there are no pathways to Wisdom.”
